Who we are
An incorporated Nigerian company established under the Company and Allied Matters Act (CAMA) 1990, specialising in environmental services, procurement and maintenance services.
Though a young company, it has fixed parameters to achieve reasonable feats in engineering and construction. Actualisation rests largely on the blended experience of the seasoned professionals in the management team.
Construction works are carried out with owned and partly rented equipment. Common dry plant for earthworks, concreting and road surfacing, together with steel works and drilling equipment, is directly owned; a few swamp machines for swamp excavation, cofferdams and mobile jetties are leased from specialists.
A reasonable credit facility is maintained with financial institutions and financial solvency has been sustained over time. Manpower remains the largest asset, supported by continuous training and research programmes.
Through consulting contracts the company acts as consultant and representative for a number of companies, and is active in project agreements for production, engineering, construction and maintenance.
