Corporate policy statement
Our quality and safety commitment
The Quality and Safety (HSE) Management System exists to achieve customer satisfaction by consistently meeting requirements.
The company is engaged in the design, procurement, manufacture, construction, installation, commissioning and servicing of equipment and components at facilities in the oil, gas and allied industries in Nigeria. The expectations, needs and requirements of customers and other interested parties must be identified and satisfied, or exceeded where possible.
The system is based on ISO 9001:2015 quality management systems, ISO 14001:2015 environmental management systems and the associated standards. It ensures effective controls are consistently applied to work processes and provides a record of quality-related activities.
Maintaining and continually improving the system is a standing commitment. Employees and suppliers are expected to share in it, sufficient resources are allocated to it, and a management representative is appointed with full authority to ensure compliance with the standards.
Quality management
Fabrication to recognised standards
Traditional products are fabricated in accordance with the relevant standards and codes of practice: structural steel work to BS5950, fuel storage tanks to API 650 and other applicable standards.
A highly trained QA/QC department covers the entire workshop and site works and is kept up to date with the latest quality requirements. Products and services conform to ISO 9001:2015, and quality management is geared towards certification in the near future.
Inspection
Continuous inspection
Quality Inspectors carry out inspections on a continuous basis, ensuring products and services comply with the relevant standards for quality, safety and the environment.

Project-specific requirements
Specialised products and client standards
For more specialised products requiring higher standards, quality systems are implemented and maintained project by project, to the client's specifications and standards.
Quality and safety apply throughout all stages of a project and in all operations, including EIA studies, safety case studies, HAZOP and risk assessment studies.
