Construction
How construction work is executed

Construction activities follow the agreed scope described in the contract and project documents.
All personnel, including sub-contractors, are familiar with the client's policies on safety, security, loss prevention and the hazards of the works. A Permit-To-Work and Hot-Work-Permit system is effective throughout.
Activities are planned and organised before commencement, with resources, facilities and materials provided on time to avoid delays or rework.
Production personnel are qualified for the operations they carry out, and inspection during installation assures quality against approved drawings, specifications and procedures.
